6 years of daily nightmares, no peace with noisy neighbours and constantly ongoing renovations but your Appartment. Broken and Nothing is getting repaired while unprofessional attempts only makes it worser. Toilet stinks after 1 week renovation and 1 year after it has not been taken care of despite numerous of service reports. A stressful life with constantly dispurpance and ongoing repairs that simply never gets taken care of. Willhelm AB just do not care about tenans but gladly take your monthly payment while you are left behind with a broken appartment where you never know if you have warm water, electricity or something else brakes down but be certain when it happens you are left behind while Willhelm laugh behind your back fraud and stealing your money it is a true nightmare that never ends.
Dont bother reporting it will never ever get fixed but be sure you wont able to live a normal life with a lot of days sitting home loosing hours from your own job when sitting waiting for them it is the worst of the worst Hyrasvärd in the entire Nordic the truth is right here.
