The place itself is very good! It's nicely furnished clean and causy. It is comfortable. The area is also quite good, but that's not the apartment's merit.
What loses it 3 stars, however, is the attitude.
However, the place is good for those who don't have high needs.  There is a fire alarm every two or three days.  They shout, drink alcohol and who knows what else they do under the window... the only thing that reminds me of the Scandinavian standard is the attitude of the clerks, but they are only available online.  The neighborhood is pleasant and livable, but the apartments are quite third-world.It is NOT what you imagine about a country like Sweden.

Probably, I won't even give a star. I rented a furnished apartment from them through Renthia. They claimed to have thoroughly cleaned it, but I had to clean it myself to remove hairs from all over the place when I moved in. Additionally, the washbasin was clogged, and I had to use a de-blocker liquid and pour a lot of hot water. During my 6-month stay, the fire alarm went off three times, forcing me to leave the room and stand in the cold until the security agency arrived to fix it. Despite booking the washing machine slot, someone always managed to take it. The corridors and common areas consistently smelled awful.

Upon moving out, they charged me almost SEK 3000 for cleaning, even though I had cleaned everything before leaving. They claimed I had destroyed their bed and needed to replace it, which seems like an excuse to extort money. Furthermore, I left in mid-December, but they informed me about the damages at the end of January. Common sense dictates notifying renters about damages when they vacate, not after 1.5 months and not when asking for the deposit. I am confident they rented out the room immediately after I left, portraying the company as driven by greed for money.

I rented a room from Företagsbostäder via Renthia.

The apartment I got did not match the description, it was disgusting and everything was damaged and worn out, while I paid 6900 SEK a month. I had to clean the apartment for hours as it was so dirty, while the cleaning fee for students is 1925 SEK. It’s important to read the contract carefully, as the cleaning fee is mentioned at the bottom of the contract and you have to pay an amount on top of the total rent each month.

The hall of the apartment stank, there was mold in the bathroom, there were brown spots on my mattress, there was an insect in the kitchen drawer, the TV and heater didn’t work, I received no towels, and the coat rack and toilet roll holder were unusable due to the damage. The laundry room was disgusting and probably has never been cleaned. The fire alarm also goes off weekly at the most inconvenient times, requiring you to stand outside for an hour.

I sent numerous emails asking for help, but I kept being ignored. I also called Företagsbostäder several times and was promised a call back, which I never received. It wasn't until I didn't pay my rent that I finally got the minimum help after a month.

Now that I have finally moved out, I didn’t receive my full deposit back, because they deducted the transfer fee from the amount to which I am entitled. This shouldn’t be up to me to pay, but again I’m being ignored.
