My experience at Scandic was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and exuded a cozy ambiance, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, with most attractions within walking distance and easy access to the bus stop just 200 meters away.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast spread. Scandic offered a delightful variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences, including vegan choices. It was refreshing to find such a diverse selection, ensuring that every guest could start their day on a satisfying note.

However, there was a minor hiccup during my stay. Despite specifically requesting a vegan breakfast for a takeout parcel, we were disappointed to receive a non-vegetarian breakfast box instead. This oversight was a tad disappointing, especially considering the attention to detail displayed in other aspects of the hotel's service.

Despite this small inconvenience, my overall experience at Scandic was overwhelmingly positive. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, a central location, and a delicious breakfast spread made for a memorable stay. The staff's attentiveness and the hotel's amenities contributed to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring that I felt right at home throughout my time there. I would certainly recommend Scandic to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient accommodation option during their travels.

Travelled as four adults for family holiday. Hotel friendly, warm and inviting. As others have stated no kettle in room was disappointing. Can buy coffee in reception for 3 euros per half size cup. Cheaper and better out of hotel but don't always want to add layers just to get a cup of coffee. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and hot. Rooms clean, bathrooms need a little tidy up but not dirty just well used. Relatively quiet, except when other guests rearrange the furniture! Great position to access restaurants, etc and only five minutes from meeting places for trips which were fantastic! Airport taxi is about 35-40 euros for a larger vehicle to hold four adults and four suitcases - trip takes about 15 mins only or there is the tourist bus at 8 euros per person but this does get very busy and not guaranteed that you and your cases will get on. Buses are 50 minutes apart. ||

Hotel receptionist is friendly and professional. Room is just the right size for 2 or 3 pax. Great sleep quality. Buffet Breakfast is great. Good location with supermarket and restaurants near the hotel. However, please take note they charge 15 euro for electrical kettle.

Modern middle-class hotel in the center of Rovaniemi. The location is ideal for a trip to the region. Santa Claus Village can be easily reached by bus from here. My room was large, the bathroom was a bit small. The bed was comfortable. I liked the furniture. Unfortunately, the room was not well soundproofed. You could always hear noises from the corridor. The breakfast was very good with many specialties from the region. There were also plenty of options for vegans or those with gluten intolerance. The team was friendly and professional. My biggest criticism is the pricing: prices of 500 euros per night were charged over Christmas. This is completely disproportionate for this type of hotel.

I had one overnight stay on business trip in the middle of a very busy season. The hotel is in a central location in the city with good parking.Staff are friendly and helpful.|Breakfast and service was of a good quality. I would recommend the standard room for a short stay only. It is just a basic room with no amenities you don’t get even a kettle. No tea for me.

Very nice hotel right at the city center of Rovaniemi, between to shopping malls. We travelled with our dog and this hotel has rooms where pets are allowed (for a extra fee). One bistro&bar style à la carte restaurant and a separate atrium restaurant where they serve breakfast and evening buffets. Some of the rooms are facing the atrium, which is nice if you value good night sleep and silence more than a view. You can’t hear any traffic noise there.

This hotel was in a great location, very convenient to get to the local tourist companies for excursions. Breakfast was typical buffet but plenty of choice. The room was a little small but had everything we needed. Staff very helpful. I'd stay here again. Photo is the view from our room window.

on our round-trip through lapland, we also stayed at Scandic in Rovaniemi. We were very positively surprised by the quality, the friendliness of the stuff, as well as the bi choice at the breakfast buffet. The hotel was clean, very well maintained and the master suite was perfect for a family with two kids.||||Thank you for welcoming us at your place, we will for sure stay again in one of your hotels.
