This is an excellent set of apartments in a very convenient location in Stockholm centre, with a short walk to the Old Town and is located near Metro stations.
The room is a very nice size, with very comfortable decorations and furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked and nice to use. Fridge and stovetop clean and working well. Bathroom very clean and nice looking.
Easy to find, and excellent communication from the host.
A very nice stay, with a hard to beat quality to price ratio.

From when we booked we had excellent communication from the owner. The unit was excellently fitted out for our 3 night stay, perfectly clean and was in a great location for walking to the Old Town and other sites as well as catching public transport. It was very quiet and very secure. We highly recommend a stay here.

I was here in April during a 12 day vacation and I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartments are cozy with muted colors and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay(well equipped kitchen, extra blanket, toiletries, towels, hair dryer)

It can get a bit noisy depending on who the other guests are but in itself it was a relaxing and quiet experience for me, and my host was super attentive and informative.

The location is also good. I don’t mind walking, and you can find yourself wherever you want in the rest of the city, by foot or metro, which is a couple of minutes from the place. There is a good local restaurant just around the corner when you go up the ramp from the entrance.

If you need a supermarket, it’s a bit of a walk uphill (around 15min walk) but you can stroll through the vibrant and lively streets of Old town, and this whole part of Stockholm is a must see!

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the apartments as a family of 4. The apartment was comfortable, clean, perfectly located near the ferry, metro & old town. We had everything we need and the ground floor location wasn't a problem. The owner was extremely helpful allowing us to check-in earlier, helping with ordering a taxi and kept in touch through the entire stay leaving helpful suggestions and instructions. Highly recommended.

Πάρα πολύ καλή και σχετικά οικονομική επιλογή για διαμονή. Πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη, όμορφο σημείο και βολικό.Τα δωμάτια άνετα, απλά και κομψά διακοσμημένα, καθαρά και παροχές σε ο,τι χρειάζεται σε έναν ταξιδιώτη.
Το μόνο αρνητικό στο δίχωρο που κλείσαμε εμείς για τρία άτομα (φίλες), ήταν ότι ενώ στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο είχε ένα πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο κρεβάτι,στον άλλο χώρο υπάρχει μια πολυθρόνα -κρεβατι που κανονικά δεν είναι για ενήλικα, είναι σαν ένα πολύ άβολο ράντζο.
Αν εκεί υπήρχε ένα κανονικό κρεβάτι με καλό στρώμα, όλα θα ήταν τέλεια.

Leider ist man in den Zimmerbeschreibungen nicht ehrlich! Es gibt Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bei denen sich weder die Fenster öffnen lassen, noch ein Blick nach draußen möglich ist und es zudem keine ordentliche Belüftung gibt. Auf den Bilder sieht man nur die Zimmer im Obergeschoss.
Zudem gibt es Schimmel im Bad (klar bei mangelnder Belüftung), Silberfische, Kaffeflecken hinter einer Glasscheibe im Kitchenet die sich auch nicht entfernen lassen und ein sehr kleines (französisches Bett).
Zu gute halte ich dem Hotel / Betreiber: kulante Haltung, es wurde sofort auf Mails reagiert, eine Reinung das Zimmers angeboten und eine weitere Ventilator zu verfügung gestellt.
Am Ende gab es noch einen 50% Discount. Dies würde ich auch jedem empfehlen, der in den Erdgeschoss Zimmern landet: Mängel auflisten und Discount anfragen.

Great location, clean apartment and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the placement of our room wasn’t ideal as it was on the ground floor facing a communal courtyard. The privacy screen meant you couldn’t see out and the room was very dingy in the daytime. However, the lack of proper curtains meant the room was very bright during the nighttime due to the lights outside, so it was difficult to get to sleep. The staff were helpful in putting up some proper curtains by the third night of our stay, however you would expect a hotel to have proper curtains in the first instance. On two out of our four mornings we were awoken early by the emptying of bins outside (probably from a local business), which was very noisy. Not the fault of the hotel but again not ideal. Overall comfortable but, if returning to Stockholm, I would not stay here again.

Very convenient location, just around the corner from Slussen transport links which get you to Gamla Stan and Stockholm Central in minutes. A clean and easy to find building with free laundry services. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor, which sometimes has outside noise coming in. However, this did not disrupt our stay. My only complaint is that the bathroom did not have anywhere to place clothing whilst showering, and the sliding doors were sometimes difficult to lock.

Good place to stay if you're wanting to explore the heart of Stockholm and surrounding areas. There is also a convenient ferry close by which can bring you to popular museums.
