Kiitos Forenom 3 viikon majoituksesta, yli yhtä tähteä ei voi antaa. Reklamoitiin mm. siisteydestä heti ensimmäisenä päivänä, mutta kolmen viikon aikana ei saatu kuin ystävällisen asiakaspalvelun lupauksia. Harmi vain, että kun konkreettisesti piti jonkun tulla korjaamaan siivousta, niin mitään ei tapahtunut. Ohessa kuvia tästä upeasta asunnosta... Clean rooms with fridge, kitchen and basic utensils. Metro and bus station close by. Westend beach is at walkable distance.This is a very calm residential location. If you are looking for a “happening place”, this is not it.

Good studio apartments. Walkable distance to Keilaneimi office area. 5 mins walk to Aino mall. The apartment has all it requires for short stay and is spacious emough. Well priced for longer stay. Digital locks so no hassels with loosing key. Neat place. Forenom should give instructions guide inside the apartment in English for few electronic items for foreigners who stays in these apartments.

Hyvin varustettu, kivasti kalustettu- hyvät sängyt ja keittiössä tiskikone, jääkaappi, astia/kuivausksappi ja itse pitää siivota mutta käyvät kerran koko varauksen aikana,ainakin meillä näin. Suihku, pesukone ja peilikaappi hyllyillä, lavuaari ja wc- kaikki samassa tilassa. Lämmin lattia, aika tilava ja toimiva, kaappi ritilävetokoreilla. Rauhallinen, ainakin meidän yksiöön ei juuri kuulunut mitään.. Siivousvälineet ja imuri siivouskaapissa. Hyvä ja toimiva valaistus, 6 valaisinta, jotka saa kivasti päälle/pois sopivasti jos haluaa sohvalla katsoa telkkaria, kokata keittiössä ja 2 sängynpäädyssä olevaa valaisinta, jos haluaa lukea sängyssä kirjaa.
Televisio ja eteisessä naulakko.
Meillä oli muuten torakka! Jonka tietysti tapoin! Sitten netistä hain että mikä elukka se oikein oli. Yök. Muuten hyvin siisti huoneisto. Oman astiapyyhkeen toin kotoa, hellaa hinkkasin puhtaaksi omilla välineillä ja aineilla tunnin.
Tuholaistorjuja tuli ja toi 2 pyydystä.
Paljon ulkomaisia asukkaita talossa, saattaneet tuoda torakan.. leviää helposti kerrostalojen putkivientien kautta.

While they handover room to us will be neat. After that we need to maintain the room. They will provide needed to maintain the room. We will have all utensils & basic needs for cooking. All provisions we need . We have washing machine. Dress Pressing equipments. Very quiet & pleasant place. Nearby park, supermarket & mall in walking distance. Per day rent 70 eur. Every thing online, very good customer care support

Good and comfortable temporal accommodation, all necessities in place, really pleasant and functional interior design solutions. Excellent housekeeping and laundry service. However the experience was hampered by a subpar customer service far from European standards I'm accustomed to.

Use-case: Accidental double-booking of a parking space. Human errors happen but the way the situation got handled needs to be further opened up.

After explaining to the customer service that a place reserved for my use was occupied by another vehicle I was informed and I quote: "These situations often happen with _foreign registered_ vehicles". As this information would bring any true value regarding striving to solve the issue. I was instructed to wait and see if the car will leave the spot.

Only after me _as a customer_ leaving a note for the other stakeholder to contact me I was then informed by the vehicle owner that they have been using the parking spot for months and the contract is still very much binding.

If I did not personally chase this matter and the other stakeholder would not have reacted to it, their car would have been towed away in few days - can you imagine.

After email correspondence with the other stakeholder I was informed by this person that there's a garage spot reserved for me - their Forenom contact handled that (thank you so much!).

Summa summarum, we _as customers_ pretty much solved the mix-up. There was no contact or explanation from Forenom, nobody else kept me informed except the other stakeholder and this is rather unheard of.

I'm hoping this was an isolated case, as otherwise there's plenty of room to improve in the customer service side.

No customer service
They not only not help me to slove problems but also put my number into black list!
Although i brought their parking lot.when other cars occupied my parking space,their staff ask me stay my car into other parking space.
Tomorrow,i also receive their violation ticket!
Any compliance does not useful!
They wants to earn your money but never support any service!!!

5min walk to metro and Ainoa shopping mall. Nice apartment. The autumn backdrop is beautiful.
