Triple A apartments, very good service throughout 3 years of leasing an apartment. Nothing to complain until the end.

Their exit service is abysmal, atrocious and disgraceful. 4 problems

Problem 1: they need to do a check of the apartment before you can handover the keys, that is normal. However they expect you to take a day off from work. I gave them 20 time-slots, spread over 10 working days, expecting that to be ok. They should be able to find a suitable timeslot, you would think. Their answer: we do not perform besiktnings before 10am and not after 1600.

Problem 2: the man that performs the besiktning, was super rude, nothing like my experiences from before. I can still recall him saying "here in Sweden we speak Swedish, not English" after refusing to talk English with me. Nowadays, in 2018, in a city that is known for international expat labor, aiding the Swedish economy and society, this is unacceptable, discriminating and demeaning.

Problem 3: after voicing my complaint on Friday the 11th, and getting a promise back that my contact person, would call me back, I haven't received a single attempt from the contact nor the company to call me back and make efforts to explain and/or apologize for the bad experiences.

Problem 4: my apartment has been handed over 2 months in advance to a new tenant while I still pay rent. This is an agreement between me and the new tenant, thus not the company. No problem you would think, but what do they do?, they change the name on the mailbox to the new person. I think I still legally am the tenant of the apartment and therefor my name should be on the mailbox for at least 2 more months. They changed it without consulting me.

After a wonderful 3 years of leasing the apartment, with nothing but great experiences, I felt terribly disappointed and left out by the company. Their guidance and attendance to their exiting tenants is unfortunately terrible.

I would not recommend people to rent here.
