Would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately Bob W doesn’t live up to their hype. Airbnb sadly to say is better option than this. The mattress needed to be replaced or dry cleaned as the mattress topper stunk of BO. The lounge sofas were appalling. Cleaners can only do so much. definitely do not live up to their photos. It’s like staying in a frat house. We had a larger flat “classic plus”decent amount of space, poorly designed shower is super tiny over the toilet. We had booked a number of BOB W while travelling in Finland so glad that we cancelled and went with hotels, so much better clean neat functional everything in good working order, sorry Bob W, you’ve lost us as customers and we’re not one to complain. Just look at all reviews. It has to be bad for us to say something negative.

位置很好，就在聖約翰教堂斜對面；從中央車站過來的話，走路5分鐘去搭10號電車，就會直接到門口，如果要去搭Silja 郵輪的話，走路5分鐘去搭3號電車就到了（直接走路15分鐘以內，只是可能有些斜坡行李不好拖）。一般走路15分鐘也會到集思廣場和渡輪碼頭，就可以搭渡輪去芬蘭堡。附近大概走10分鐘，也有略為大間的超市。房間內空間也很大，洗衣機（也有附洗衣精，而且可以烘乾）、微波爐、烤麵包機、咖啡機、餐桌、小沙發通通都有，而且很新很乾淨，洗髮精、潤髮乳、沐浴乳都非常好，吹風機也不是小台的；整體非常舒服，還提供拍立得使用和小帆布袋呢！覺得是很用心很棒的地方，價格也算可以，還可以寄存行李（雖然空間沒有很大），很推薦！

We stayed in two apartments and were very pleases with everything. What we especially liked, and was a big reason for choosing Bob W Ullanlinna, was the comfortable beds. I read in reviews that people found the beds to be comfortable and I can only agree with that.

It has happened so many times that we stayed in hotels where beds has been uncomfortable and that is so bad. A good night's sleep when away from home is important and Bob W obviously understands that and choosed comfortable beds. I praise that and it's definately a reason to come back to Bob W for future trips!

Très chouette endroit. Pratique, avec des machines à laver (lessive et vaisselle) dans chaque chambre. Propre, spacieux, Petits déjeuners chez les partenaires copieux (avec une préférence pour Green Hippo dont les smoothies à choix sont à tomber). A recommander absolument!

Great location in Helsinki city centre.
Walking distance to all major sites/sights and lots of restaurants, bars etc. nearby.
The apartment is modern, spacious and well maintained in a secure building.
Bob W team is only a WhatsApp Message away and responds promptly to any request.

The location is great, the cosy flat was spot clean and the bakery next door was outstanding. The team was also supportive. The atmosphere at Bob W is warm and welcoming.

We found the apartment to be a great location from which to explore Helsinki. It also was in a very quiet area with many restaurants nearby.
