Ett lagom centralt läge. Rent och fräscht med det lilla extra. Det mesta man behöver finns i lägenheten. Vår incheckning krånglade något då inte vårt välkomsmail kommit fram. Det hela löste sig dock och resten av vistelsen fungerade alldeles utmärkt.

Otroligt smidigt ställe för barnfamiljer. Butik i samma byggnad, spårvagn vid entrén. Helt ok gym, tyvärr var det väääääldigt kallt i gymmet men annars var detta ett riktigt bra hotell.

フィンランドらしく部屋の設備はすばらしいです。フロントはありませんがゲスト用ウェブサイトがあり、チャットでの問い合わせやルームクリーニングの手配もできて便利（チャットサポートは早くて完璧）。

観光船の発着や観覧車、大聖堂やマーケットで賑わうエリアにあり、良い立地です。スーパーも近くに2軒。中央駅へもホテルの目の前に止まるトラムで10分、徒歩でも20分程度と好アクセスです。

ホテルの入口と部屋の鍵は、それぞれ前日くらいにゲスト用ウェブサイトで発行される暗証番号を使用します。バゲージルームも専用の暗証番号で使用できるので、チェックイン前に荷物を預けることも出来るようです。

It's been a very positive experience, getting to the location was easy, the check-in was smooth and straightforward, it just worked.
And the room itself had everything we needed and was very clean.

Everything is within walking distance, if you don't want to walk there are trams right outside the door that goes to the city center.
In the same building as the room, on street level there's a 24hr supermarket, restaurants, café, massage/spa and a liquor shop
Very convenient.

We will without a doubt use Bob W again if we come to some of their other locations, or back to Helsinki.

We stayed 6 nights in a Bob W. studio apartment, with small kitchen.
Everything is great, comfy bed, good aircon, extra pillows, good wardrobe space.
Combination oven. 2 induction hotplates. Fridge. Piston jug and teapot.

The cupboard in the hallway is big enough to fit 2 big trolleys on top of eachother.
There is even a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom.
The studio apartment is both cosy and stylish. Shower is spacious. Big mirrors in bathroom and hallway. Good storage space.

Same building has a 24 hour supermarket, several restaurants, massage and beauty salon, and there's an excellent café next door.

There's a tram stop right in front of the building, so it only takes 6-8 min to get to city centre or museums around town, but Helsinki is very walkable as well. We only used the tram on rainy days.

We will definitely stay in a Bob W. apartment again sometime. Great experience.

The best accommodation I stayed in during my trip to Helsinki. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a laundry machine in the room was a huge plus. The building itself is a one-stop shop—with a grocery store, restaurants, massage spa, hair salon, and even a rooftop bar. It was an amazing experience!

This Bob W met our needs, but fell down on a few points. Pros: the kitchen-living-dining were well-equipped, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Cons: one bedroom in our unit was actually a walk-through space to another bedroom (that was not clear in the pictures and description), the bathroom flooded whenever we used the shower, and the sauna was not functioning and they had no one able to fix it.
