The hotel is in a great location. Its front entrance is just steps away from the pedestrian street, so you don’t have far to go for meals and entertainment. The hotel has a nice restaurant too, if you want to stay in. The food is delicious and the breakfast is also excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices. |Rooms are good sized, with very high ceilings. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo so that appeals to many. There is a tea kettle and tea in the room in case you want a cup before the breakfast meal. Blackout curtains are helpful in summer.|Staff is pleasant and ready to help. Overall, I didn’t find anything lacking and enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days during my trip to Rovaniemi. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful in particular Riko who assisted with the heating in my room. He had to bring me a portable electric heater because the central heating was not working properly and I really appreciate his assistance. The cleaners were all friendly and helpful and happy to clean the room only when it is convenient for you. I also like the security where after hours you will need your room key to access the hotel. The only small problem is there is no fridge in the room only a cooling box. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Rovaniemi. The location is great and close to shops and restaurants too.

I took part in a conference held here and bough breakfast in the restaurant. The conference rooms and area were spacious and well equipped with a separate dedicated lounge room and the breakfast was delicious (I only wish they had real juice). I visited my friends room and the rooms also looked comfortable and big and all in all everything looked nice and clean and modern. The only downside was the lunch. I don't know who took care of the menu, perhaps it was the organization of the conference , but there were limited choices in both food and drinks and many dishes were not tasty.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Location is truly amazing (in the center of the town). Our room windows were facing the main street.
Super nice touch is the sauna on the 5th floor. We used it every day.
Rooms are cozy, spacious and modern.

Hotel has a spacious restaurant and a well designed breakfast buffet.
A lot of vegetarian options available in breakfast menu ?

Stayed 3 nights in a superior room & really enjoyed our stay.|Brilliant, central location - right in the heart of the town & so very close to the restaurants and bars. So it might be cold outside, but you don't have far to go!|Very large & warm room with a sofa and table too. Lovely bathroom with a shower over the bath. Great cleaning service & new towels if you request them.|Thought breakfast was amazing. Catered for all nationalities. If you are looking for traditional British bacon & eggs this is not the place, but wow, the choice of buffet was extensive. Buffet evening meal was good too.|The sauna was interesting. It's open 6-9pm each day but is separate male and female. Men's was crowded, but the ladies was always empty. You just turn up, no need to book.|I would recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly & always on hand to help.

Thr hotel is centrally located, not far from bus stops, local malls and businesses. The staff was welcoming and check in was smooth. We had a double room which was warm, clean, comfortable and with good facilities. As we were there for Christmas Eve, we joined some guests for a buffet Christmas dinner. The breakfast area was beautiful and homely. The choice for breakfast was limited but ok. We appreciated the luggage storage services after checking out.

Great service, great location, great range for breakfast. Nice spaces, big clean rooms. Very central. Bedrooms do become fairly warm, becames a bit overwhelming when changing into thermals!

Nice and quiet.
