I booked through Booking.com. The Google Maps pin address to the car park. But once I arrived, the stay turned out to be wonderful.

The apartment is clean and has excellent security with multiple keycard access levels, proper fire exits, and fire safety systems in place. Facilities are well including a mini kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a natural morning light from the window.

Overall, it felt safe, modern, and well-maintained.

Ligt een 5-6 km buiten het werkelijke centrum maar voor wie die afstand overbrugt met de fiets, is de ligging ok. Tegenover het hotel ligt een tramhalte dus qua bereikbaarheid naar de highlights perfect te doen. Onze fietsen mochten we stallen in hun bagageruimte. Wel raar om telkens met die fietsen door de lobby te wandelen. Ruimte genoeg voor 2-4 fietsen maar het wordt krap als er nog meer fietsen bijkomen, bovenop alle bagage. Aan de receptie waren ze hier heel soepel over.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and ready to help promptly. Reception works 24/7. Baggage room just behind the reception. All the spaces easily accessible. The room was huge and the inventory was new, everything working properly and cleanness was on top. There is also a laundry room (clean and dry) where you only have to reserve a slot, and there’s a small but convenient gym. Pharmacy, Espresso House and ICA are downstairs just next door, and a tram/bus station in front of the building.

Poor check in experience:|Only one person on desk, she remained on the phone for ten minutes as we waited, she then dealt with us, offering no apology for our wait. |Appartment advertises a washing machine in room: not the case, it's a laundry room with two washing machines in it, for the whole appartment block, this means you can't use when suits you. Also no drying facility in room, not even a clothes horse to hang washing.|Power cuts: we were here only two nights and there were two power cuts in this time. One in the morning for around an hour which affected the whole floor, and another in the evening of our second night. This greatly detracted from our enjoyment and our stay altogether. |Staff who responded when we went to reception were apologetic, but obviously a sorry doesn't really make up for the interruption and hassle these power cuts cause, clearly the place has a serious electrical problem. |Appartment didn't have coffee making facility (even a simple caffetiere) and only had one arm chair which mean one of us had to sit on edge of bed rather than being comfortable in a chair. |Shower and bathroom were fine with shower gel and shampoo provided. |Lights, air conditioning and electrically operated curtains were tempremental and didn't always seem to work, even at the times the electricity was on!|It's pretty well located right next to a tram stop, but given our experience on this occasion, we definitely wouldn't recommend, there are plenty of other better and more reliable options in Stockholm.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, la ubicación es muy buena ya que tiene el tranvía que te deja en la puerta del hotel y te lleva a las principales estaciones de metro, además tiene un supermercado al lado que tiene de todo.

I stayed for one week. The first four days I couldn't get any usable WiFi. Complained to the Motel L staff several times to no avail. Finally, after a formal complaint email, WiFi was provided. Other than this big problem, the room was clean and the location was convenient. Note that the kitchenette wasn't really equipped for meal preparation. I used it to make pour-over coffee only. No cleaning service was provided since I only stayed one week. (No cleaning supplies such as dish detergents were provided either.) Also the guests were responsible for taking out garbage, per their rules.
