This company will lie to you and demand unreasonable amount of money for barely any work. My BRF are hiring them and they performed an ventilation inspection when the previous owner lived here. They didn't give the previous owner any information about any fixes needed to be done. Approximately 2 years later they send me a letter telling I have 2 months to fix the problems or I will have to pay, the problems were described with two words each. I tried to ask them what I needed to fix since it was very unclear but they didn't know. They told me they'd check it out so they did and realised that their previous inspection was mostly wrong. I explained that I had no intention of paying since they should had informed the last owner about these problems. There was one problem and they said they'd fix it. And so a couple of weeks later they did. They performed 30 min of work and then without informing me of any costs they sent me a bill of 2.300kr. If you compare this to their hourly rate which is about 660kr this is a complete rip-off. All they did was drill 20 holes or so in one of my doors. Work i could have done myself since I own a drill and know how to use it. I told them again that I had no intention of paying but that to compromise on their mistake I would pay for one hour of work and materials which should have ended with around 1000kr. They agreed. I also told them I had assumed that the BRF would take these costs since it was common for this type of work and that I had communicated that I wanted to fix the problems myself, they also said that this was the intended way by them from the start but that the BRF declined.
Then they stopped answering. 1 month later they come back to me and tell me that I need to pay 1500kr. And here we are. They don't take any responsibility for their own mistakes even though I offer them, from my point of view, generous compromises. Avoid at all cost or your cost will be high.
